My thoughts on the JIB scrimmage

What a joke, why in the world would you ever scrimmage this team? South Greene has to be the worst varsity high school football team I have ever seen, and I've seen a lot. These guys couldn't beat Twin Valley. JIB looked sluggish at the QB position at times but really I have no clue how you could realistically gauge how good they are. It was pitch the ball and watch em run. Godsey got shaken up one play but didn't seem to be hurt bad at all, I got up and left so I'm not real sure if he returned or not.

Cant wait to hear Moron4Life's recap on the main board. "South Greene was great, Norton was just awesome."
"There he goes, one of Gods own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die"

Re: My thoughts on the JIB scrimmage

Really, JIB looks pretty solid but I have no way of basing that on anything. That team couldn't beat Pennington Gap's 8th grade team from last year and thats no lie. It was one of those deals that you knew JIB was going to roll them. Greene never said a word during warmups, never did a chant like 1-2-3 win, lets kick ass, or anything. It was really quite pathetic, I was sitting with some guy from JIB and he said they only won one game last year (how, God only knows) and said that there best player transfered to JIB and didn't even play.

Thought they were scrimmaging North Greene...same difference tho. Ervinton would beat North Greene by double digits most years.

It might of been North Greene, all I know is that they were Greene and the biggest joke I've ever seen in my life.

Yep...you shoulda stayed, cuz before it was over you more than likely would have seen one hell of a fist fight. TS used to scrimmage them when I was over there and there were 2 hellacious fist fights...one towards the end of each scrimmage. Had to call the scrimmage off both times. Once they get down, they wanna empty the sidelines..lol

I felt sorry for the kids, they didn't even have water. During timeouts they would rush to the norton bench and drink water.

Sounds like em...lol..they are pitiful. You should see their "stadium"..5-6 rows of concrete bleachers on one sideline in a hayfield.
